For sales you can apply discounts per item or globally per invoice in currency or percentage, add a note to the invoice for your records, accept a partial payment and apply one or more new payments any other day.
The full history allows you to view invoices by date or type such as unpaid, paid, void, etc., or search the history by customer's name or invoice number; then you can send the report to your e-mail and print the report from a computer.
From the same history, after selecting an invoice you can review the details of the invoice, void the invoice, apply another payment, or send an invoice showing the balance to your client's e-mail.
